School Pictures Are Thursday October 6th
Ocean Ave PTA is excited to have Coffee Pond Photography for our school pictures for this year. Coffee Pond has a strong reputation, incredible quality, ease of ordering and great customer service - plus every student gets a FREE class picture!!
Please take a look at the attached order form to determine what Value package (&/or mini packages) you may be interested in purchasing.
Keep in mind:
- there will be only ONE picture day for the 2011-2012 school year -no spring pictures (there will be a retake day for those absent or not fully satisfied with their photos)
- weather permitting all pictures will be taken outdoors with a beautiful, natural and soft background
- the PTA gets commission on the Photo or Value Packages ONLY (not the mini packages or special offers) ordered BEFORE or ON Picture Day - Thursday Oct 6th.
- Orders placed after Oct 6th are subject to a handling fee and must be made online.
Complete your order by either:
- filling out the form & include a check for payment (1 check & form per child) and returning it to your child's teacher/classroom on October 6th - Picture Day OR
- using Coffee Pond’s easy to use online ordering system at www.coffeepond.com – just enter in Northport, NY as the City/State & select Ocean Ave. ***YOU MUST PRINT OUT YOUR CONFIRMATION SLIP & SEND IT iN ON PICTURE DAY OCTOBER 6TH ***
