1. If interested in participating in anyway i.e. Performer, Stage Crew, M.C., Parent Chaperone, or Decorations you must attend our first informational meeting on February 9th in the Gym at 2:30pm – 3:00pm OR in the All Purpose Room @ 7:30 – 8:00PM. Parent and child to attend whichever meeting is more convenient.
   
   
2. February 9-15th - List of Group Members Due.
   All Performers should have their group selected.
   Size limit: Minimum-4, Maximum-8 kids per group. If a child cannot find a group we will help them. We want everyone to have fun.
   A parent chaperone must be in charge of the group. This parent must communicate all emails to the entire group and make sure there is a parent chaperone with the kids at all practices & the night of the show.
   
   
3. February 9-15th – Groups/Songs/Copy of Lyrics DUE. The Theme this year is Broadway!!
   
   All performers should have their song selected.
   A song track from any Broadway Show. You can encourage the kids to go as far back as you like. Two minutes in length, maximum, please.
   
   A copy of the songs Lyrics to hand in to us at this time. If we feel that the songs lyrics are not age appropriate we will ask you to please pick another song.
   
   Please complete the attached form. You can send it to school with your child in an envelope marked Lip Sync or drop off in box at the Main Office by Feb 15th or bring to Parent Meeting on Feb. 9th.
   
   
4. We will have optional practices on selected Wed & Thurs after school from 2:30–3:30 AND 7-8pm in the Gym. We can only have a maximum of 10 groups at a time. Please let Ann Marie Little know ASAP when you would like to come….. littlmom@optonline.net

Optional Practices

Thursday 2/16, Thursday, 3/1, Wednesday 3/7
All 3 days 2:30 – 3:30pm or 7:00 – 8:00pm
Week of 2/20 Vacation – No Practice! Practice at home.

Mandatory Rehearsals

Monday 3/12 – 2:30 -4pm
A complete run through, all Props handed in at this time.

Tuesday 3/13 – 2:30 – 4pm Dress Rehearsal

Showtime

Thursday 3/15 - 6:30 PM Performers arrive, 7pm Showtime!!!
