“If only we had a DVD that puts our child’s Ocean Avenue years to music...”

We do!!! You can order a wonderful DVD-keepsake for your child, including photos of their years at Ocean Avenue Elementary School and a music soundtrack.

We need a minimum of 50 orders in order to make this DVD a reality.

Please fill out the bottom portion of this flyer and send it in with $15.00 per DVD in cash (or $15 check made payable to “cash”). Please label the envelope Michelle Kullack, DVD. If we don’t get 50 orders, we will return your money to you asap.

Orders should be submitted no later than Friday, January 28th.
